Service isn't the best, but the food is good.
I had a bowl of chili, which was very good. The wings were also very good. However, the service was terrible. The place had very few customers and our service was non existant. Would have give 5 stars if I would have had an attentive waitress.
While my food was good there margaritas continue to taste like mixer and nothing else. I decided to give them another try on the mixed drink. Yuk
Great food, cold beer and put our STEELERS on outside for our crowd! Servers and Manager were awesome!!
Went in the kinston store last night and what a disaster ..no one was in the store maybe 10 peaople eating ..we had a group of 14 after going to a christmas light show ..we were sat immediately and greeted by a woman that looked like a vampire or group of vampires sucked the blood out of her neck ..hickies all over her neck .. Very unprofessional look in my opinion... But never the less took our drink order and took about 8 minites for our drinks to arrive.. Then took our food order.. And we ordered the bottomless chips ..most came out hard and brittle .. And took about 10 minutes for those ..then when the food finally came out ..well for most of our food ..it was wrong ..and the waitress didnt know what went were ..and it took approximately 40 minutes for our food and some of our guest still didnt recieve there food ..the wongs i ordered were. Atleast a day old ..hard and not even warm ..the drinks were barely refilled ..only 3 of our guest were satisified with the food ..not wanting to send it back because we were all starving .we made do with what we recieved ..then the bill ..oh man ..wrong 3 times .. Total dipleasure in our experience ..
