Be sure to take the vehicle back on the same thing you got it on because if not they charge 3.50 per gallon. That's a bit much but that is the only flaw in my opinion
I only deal with Enterprise their rates are reasonable their staff at the Kinston office is very professional I like the people I deal with every time I go there and they make you feel at home and your privacy is their best interest I hope they continue being the best in my eyes and it make it so easy to rent a car I'll keep going to them and give them my business with or without a car.
Reserved a 15 passenger van on June 16 for June 23- July 3 only to get a call less than 24 hours before pick up time that they would not have the van. Only have Small cars, small SUV and trucks. What good are reservations? Great job Enterprise of Kinston N.C.
I have a rental car now from enterprise in kinston, NC. I receive the car on Monday 12 June 2017. I had to wait about 35 to 40 mins for the full size car, because one of the employees use my rental for pick up. The car smell and was not fully clean inside or out. Which I ask about the smell. After 20mins of using the car I had to take the car back because they left cleaning, tools and etc. In the car. Leaving out of NC I realize the outlets doesn't work. Couldn't charge nothing make it to Orlando, Florida. I call kinston they say take it to a local office here or shop. Well that didn't help the local office here say go to the airport. Really No Help. Call the 1800# no Help. I have this car until Monday 19 June 2017.
Easy and convenient! I did this through my work and made the reservation online. When I got there to pick the car up, the gentlemen were so nice and pleasant. It was such an easy experience and I will definitely do it again! Thanks!
