Extremely sad services. I called and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Tire because I couldn’t get into Firestone before our vacation. The fact I could get a last minute appointment should have alerted me. As soon as I dropped off my car they were ragging on Firestone and how I should get new tires from them. I just replaced my tires in January. When I picked up my car they had a nice long list of “issues” that Firestone has never found. When I walked out to my car my back windshield wiper was hanging down at an odd angle. I had my husband question them and they informed him that a bolt must have come loose during the inspection...they just didn’t fix it back like it was. After sitting through the bs of getting them to fix my back wiper, suffering through the condescending look of the service tech when I refused the extra services I needed to “fix” everything I walked out to my car to find whoever drove it knocked off my XM radio and left it dangling in the car. My husband knew how ticked off I was so he sent me home and went in to talk to the people who seemed to have no remorse for the shotty work. There’s a reason you can get an appointment here and they can keep them open. I won’t be going back!!!

Never go there,they mess up my husbands truck so he could take it back to them.Thats how they make there money....... There pitiful
Tire tech scratched up a set of custom wheels. Won't go there again. Not happy at all. They are probably ok if you have plastic hubcaps.
This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I made an appointment to get the oil changed on my car for 4:30pm, and was told when I got there that even though we had one, we would STILL have to wait. The man then informed us he would call when it was finished. By 5:30pm (they close at 6pm), we had still not heard anything, and we went back. THE CAR WAS IN THE SAME SPOT. We were told they "ran into a problem with another car." Well THAT isn't MY problem! We made an appointment FOR A REASON! Now, at almost 2 hours later, the car finally gets taken back.
With the $34.99 coupon I had, I was supposed to have received a FREE TIRE ROTATION. The tech pulled the car out of the bay, without doing it. When I asked (who I assumed to be the manager, because that's how he acted) this FOOL, told me they CAN'T rotate my tires because the better tires are on the back. WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS?!?! Firstly, the man wasn't even in the shop to LOOK at my tires in the first place, he was dealing with another upset customer! So how would he know why the tech didn't do it?? Secondly, my car is a front wheel drive, and the better tires SHOULD be on the front. Lastly, ALL MY TIRES ARE NEW!! I have NEVER, been to a shop who's "COMPANY POLICY" is not to rotate better tires to the front. These people are full of S%@T! The fact the man only charged us $12.00 on what would have been an over $40.00 service, tells you everything. Though they are lucky they got paid at all, after this ignorant exchange. While I was there another customer was not satisfied either that he came in for a mount and balance at 2:15pm, and was still there having issues at 6pm. Where have you ever gone where it took 4 hours to mount and balance, then you miraculously need an alignment AFTER they worked on it. These are shade tree mechanics working under a brand name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The people who are running it now are NOT the same people from years past when service was great, that man went to the store in New Bern. So my advice is take the drive there. At least there you won't be treated as ignorant, and will get quality work.
