I used both services. Yhe oil change and car wash. It was great. Everyone was griendly and helpful. Thumbs up to all.
This business is always clean. The young men are mannerly and always check the car throughly. They make recommendations they would want for their vehicle. I didn’t know they checked average functions until Landon let me know about brake light out. I really appreciate this location and the young men that service my car. Sandra Pelletier
A few day ago I gave this place a 1 star review because I had an issue with my last oil change service. To my surprise the owner (Chris Gardner) gave me a call and I explained the situation to him. He was very professional and he fixed the problem. Great customer service is really hard to come by these days. I really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to correct the situation. Due to his professionalism and customer service I give him a 5 star!!!
I came in to get my NC inspection , they told me it would fail due to my headlight. Wanted to charge me for my inspection but did not offer to fix my headlight or tell me what the issue was so I could go get it fixed. I don’t mind paying for the inspection, but if something is wrong you need to tell me what it is. Needless to say I went down the road to another company and it was fixed without any problems and turns out it was not an issue that would stop me from passing my inspection. I stopped taking my car there for auto work but did continue to get my car washed there because the young girl who was always working was so polite to me and helpful. The other day I took my car and found out she no longer works there. So now I no longer have a reason to bring them my business. Beware of this company they can be very shady and money hungry.
Always courteous and helpful. They never tried to hard sell me, they just presented my options and let me choose. Great establishment and I will continue to have all my cars serviced there
