Exactly 5 weeks ago I reported my handle broke off on my refrigerator. I'm very upset about this. Still not fixed but will call and demand payment on the account. Which by the way has been PAID!
This is the worse rental place ive ever dealt with. Its just been headache after headache with these people and they are very rude. They act like you in the wrong when theyve messed with your credit for 3 years then heres the thing you can turn the stuff back in but if something comes up and you talk with them about it you still wont be able to rent with any aarons if i could i would be at the aarons in my hometown but theres no option to pay the balance just rudeness i refrain from being rude but this specific store has pushed me over the edge they put you on hold in the middle of a sentence cut you off and then act like you being upset means nothing smh in a way im glad i wont have to deal with them anymore im glad i can always go back to modern home furnishings or rent a center aarons is not the only rental place in town this is fair warning for anyone else

This is the worst rental center. No one knows what they are doing. They tell you a price and then you get billed at a higher price. The manager tells you he will fix it and nothing is done. You go to Corporate and they give you the run around too. They make promises and nothing is ever fixed. They have people call you daily and harass you as the problem never gets solved. This Company is a joke and I would stay clear of the Kinston, West Vernon Ave location.
