Always a very inviting place to shop. Employee's are usually very friendly and helpful when you first step in the store. Having been in retail most of my life I always appreciate employees that greet you and ask to assist. It was always my requirement that employee's greet with a positive and inviting manner. Took lawnmower there to be fixed and have taken it back multiple times since. They have lost parts. Take forever to call me back. They have told me 3 times to come get it it was ready and all three times I've had to take back because it wasn't ready. granted I belive it is the lawnmower mechanics fault not the other people they were very nice.
Great staff. Just like most Do It centers you walk in ask them for what you want and they know where it is. Love it.
Great Store! The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The store has a terrific inventory. Everything you need from a hardware store without all the extra "stuff" that makes finding what you want impossible. It is so much easier to come here, ask for what you are looking for, get it and get out. Five Stars!
