I have been going to this location since 2006 and honestly it was a great store with great workers. However 2017, the quality of customer service has went down. There was a time when the workers use to be friendly but now some of them have nasty attitudes. There's this woman who wears a long skirt who is an employee there is one of them. One time I saw her tell customers that she was too tired and she told them to go into another line. I don't know why she is still working there if she don't want to be there. There are also two other women of color that work there that have an attitude as well. One of them is always complaining about how she always wants to go home. She also one time told customers to get out of her line because her line was too full. The other one is okay sometimes but she has mood swings time to time as well. If you ladies do not want to be there, PLEASE APPLY SOMEWHERE ELSE. The lady at the deli does also have an attitude. Don't get me wrong we all have bad days, but her behavior is unacceptable. When you ask her at the deli what you want, she just sits there at look at you with a blank stare. I notice when a white male was in line, she didn't look at him with a bunch of stares. Instead it was a bunch of "yes sirs".
Also last but not least the prices are a bit too high. Y'all are overpricing some of those items in there. Bring the donuts back to the original price. The cakes are not as good as they use to be, just full of thick icing. I think they can also keep the salad bar fresher because it can turn brown quickly. The deli food is good sometimes and overall I think its a good place. It just needs some improvements. Get some better baggers because those men are not bagging them groceries right like they use to. I see women doing a better job bagging it, then some those men. Get rid of these women with these attitudes because there are some people who would be glad to work and have a job.
Most of the Store Clerks are nice and friendly, however I have had a few that were just rude.
