When we stopped by this store with a special request, we were met with a smile and a quick response "yes, we can do that. My husband who is diabetic wanted a bannana and coconut cake. He wanted something he could enjoy without risking his glucose levels. When my husband sat down and tasted the cake, his eyes lot up. It was just as he had ordered and was delicious. Needless to say, we will be placing more orders in the future.
