This is a large park that has separated areas for large and small dogs. There are even lakes to enjoy.
Excellent dog park with different play areas, trails, and obstacles. They have clean restrooms on site as well. If you're in the area with your furry friend be sure to stop by.
Let me just say thank you for the great recreation area for our dogs. We used to be able to let our dog run but things have changed and he has no where to run. He is an indoor dog along with my chihuahua girl they love to run circles and play. Frost and Litl Bit really enjoy the fenced in off leash areas. New Bern has one too but you have to pay, also turn in applications which is not worth the area they have for the dogs. I am very grateful to everyone who worked hard to make this happen. Very nice place. Lots of space and an agility course for dogs. Upkeep could be more consistent.
This is a really nice park but every time i go here i only meet people with antisocial dogs who like to be alone in separate fences. I thought dog parks were supposed to be where dogs can socialize. Where can my dog play with other dogs?
