WORST DOMINOS I’ve ever dealt with!!! Absolutely the worst service from the employees and management I’ve ever seen at any dominos pizza! We order from them on a regular basis at work and home and they constantly or consistently get the orders wrong and then when we called back to let em know they made a mistake they had attitudes and didn’t want to make the orders right. I highly recommend everyone dbl check the orders before you leave the inside of the store...
Go elsewhere for pizza! Little Caesar's has better service than this place!
I cannot speak on their delivery because I always carryout, but my order is always ready and hot when I arrive. Online ordering is easy and my order is always right. I would give 5 stars but I didn't check my order today until I got home, and to my surprise, I was missing a piece of my pizza.
Just had a horrible experience at this dominos. I know recently they need some delivery drivers because they have been short, but this was no excuse for what happened tonight. I am regular loyal customer who never had a problem with dominos. But tonight, I ordered some pizza online around 6:49 pm and before you know it, the time was 8:15 pm. I tried to call them but they had their phones off the hook. I wanted to inform them that I wanted a refund and that they could keep the pizzas, but they had the phones off the hook. So around 9 pm a delivery driver decided showed up and I had him immediately returned the pizza. They wasn't even apologetic or nothing about this bad quality service. How disrespectful to not even pick up the phones. If your delivery service was going to be that slow, cancel it for the time being!!! Or at least give your customer some free items for waiting that long. These Kinston restaurants ain't hitting on nothing and they don't how to treat nobody. This is part of the reason why Kinston will not prosper, grow and elevate.

Horrible! We placed a future order for 5:00pm. They cooked our food on time to be delivered on time, and even had it out of the oven by 4:45 and ready to be delivered. Then nobody left the store with it until 5:23pm and it took the driver until 5:58pm to deliver the food even though we live just a few minutes away! Plus they got part of my order wrong! So the food was lukewarm and late by an HOUR! To top it all off, we tried calling dozens of times but kept getting a busy time. By the time we got through the gentleman answering the phone put us on hold. Then we were on hold for 5 minutes and he comes back on with the same "Thank you for choosing Dominos, can you hold?" As if he didn't know we already WERE on hold by him!
