Food was good, but delivering to a hotel without plastic silverware or napkins when boneless wings are ordered is pretty stupid.
Their quality of food strives to be the best and employees strive to help customers that place orders online. The only problem is they need another method to keep the food hot until pickup if the site gives a different time should be picked up. But my last order was hot.
Overall a great place to eat. I order through carryout often and 9 out of 10 pizzas are awesome, but very seldom I've gotten a dry pizza.
I usually have an OK experience with this Pizza Hut location, however that has not been the case recently. I decided to have an order delivered to my house. However, I was not asked my method of payment. This lead me to believe that cash or card would be expected upon the arrival of my food. When my food arrives, I am unable to pay for it because cards are not accepted. I called the restaurant, but that did not help. I strongly advise, this location to make it policy that team members ask the payment of method when dealing with carry out orders.
