Didn't order from here for over a year because they NEVER got my order right. 7 out of 8 orders they would leave out part of my order. Thought since it's been a year since I ordered last I'd give them one more chance. Still didn't deliver part of my order. Sealed the deal for me. No more Papa John's.
Very poor customer service, the employee that answered the phone didn’t even know he worked for Papa John’s, he answered with hello instead Thank you for calling Papa John’s and reciting the specials, then when I asked for an explanation to why the total was what it was, he rudely put me on hold for the manager. The manager after giving me a brief explanation hung up on me after I asked her to hold. Customer service is not the same anymore anywhere. Stop hiring employees that do not care weather your company succeeds or not. They are only there for a paycheck.
Food wasn't ready in 15 min for pick up
Ordered here multiple times but it seems they are starting to care less and less about the customer. Late deliveries and hanging up on me when I’m trying to find out where the food is
