Great fast food. Always great food. Always good customer service. Very efficient restaurant (normal wait, but staff does great job greeting folks in and out fast)
The bathrooms have some nifty sinks where the hand dryer is built in to the sink so you don't have to step far to dry your hands off... Something seems odd or dangerous to me about this, but whatever, it was neat.
The long wait just to place my order when I was AT the register because the girl walked off and nobody came to help for about 5 minutes. Finally she showed back up and there was no apology for the wait, no friendliness... Just a muffled unfriendly... "Will you be dining in or to go?" The food came quickly, the guy doing the drinks seemed to be new and was getting talked to aggressively by some woman behind the counter because of his mistakes... In front of a customer? Not good.

What a terrific Bojangles! The food was delicious and served by a very friendly. The restaurant was spotless, including the well-designed bathroom. Not having a Bojangles near where we live, this was a special treat.
First visit wasn't good chicken was so dry it had shrunk if it wasn't for me asking for fresh chicken they was going to serve me that old chicken
Probably the cleanest, most up to date and coolest Bojangles I've been in. The ones in Raleigh need to update to this level. However, I can't say as much about the staff.
