Only sushi place in Kinston. Food and service are good. The employees are Japanese born so don't be offended if you aren't greeted with a smile or other Southern formalities. The staff was respectful and I've enjoyed all my visits here.
Very quaint little restaurant, family owned and very hard working. Best place to get sushi in Kinston. Nice place to get a quick bite. Not really a romantic dinner spot but t he food is consistent and always good.
Terrible customer service. Gave me the wrong order. The owner shook her head at me multiple times. Called me a liar. Go there often but will never go back.

My experience was terrible worst customer service ever!!! I walked in at 2:20pm and the first thing said to me from the lady was we close at 3. When I proceeded to order she rolled her eyes and shook her head as if I didn't have enough time to eat. She frowned and shook her head the whole time she prepared the food. She was so irritated that I stayed to order food, that she would not even respond to several verbal thank you's I gave her despite her poor attitude. She would not refill my drink and acted as if they were there doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money there! As 3pm approached she turned the lights off in the restaurant as my sign to leave. I will never ever spend another dime there and will advise anyone I know not to either. They were very disrespectful to a paying customer! I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
